Orzo Cajun Jambalaya

Ingredients
- 2 links Andouille Sausage
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1lb orzo pasta
- 2 -16.9oz Chicken broth
- 1tbsp tomato paste
- Olive oil
- Cajun Seasoning
- Garlic powder
- S&P
- Badia Complete
- Magic Poultry
Directions
- 1. Add oil and chicken to the pan. Season with all seasonings. Cook until chicken is 90% cooked.
- 2. Add in sausage, cook another 5-7 minutes until browned and coated in seasonings. Add in onion, bell pepper, and tomato paste and cook until soft.
- 3. Add in 1/2 chicken broth and let it come to a boil. Add in orzo and let cook on medium. Cook 6 minutes then add parsley and other half of broth. Let cook another 6 minutes until liquid is absorbed and pasta is al dente.
- *Be sure to keep stirring so pasta doesn’t stick.
- *Adjust amount of Cajun seasoning to liking
