Ingredients

  • 2 tazas de mariscos de temporada cocidos (camarones pelados, rebanadas de pulpo, mejillones, etc.).
  • 2 dientes de ajo finamente picado
  • 1 cucharadita de aceite de oliva
  • 1 pizca de sal

Directions

  • 1. En una plancha con muy poquito aceite de oliva sofríe el ajo sin que se queme y agrega los frutos de mar.
  • 2. Sazona con un poco de sal.
