Homemade healthy pizza

Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • ⁃ 60 g self-raising flour
  • ⁃ 60 g Greek yogurt
  • ⁃ Pich of salt
  • Toppings of your choice, for example:
  • ⁃ 20 mL tomato sauce/bbq sauce
  • ⁃ 4 mozzarella mini balls
  • ⁃ 15 g grated cheese
  • ⁃ 50 g mushrooms
  • - 20 g corn
  • ⁃ 6 cherry tomatoes
  • ⁃ 1 red small onion
  • ⁃ 100 g chicken cooked
  • ⁃ Basil
  • - 1 theespoon Italian herbs

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to pizza mode (top and bottom heat) at 180 degrees.
  • Mix the dough ingredients. Roll out on a sheet of baking paper. sprinkle the Italian herbs over it. Place on the rack and bake for 8 minutes until the crust is crispy.
  • Put some BBQ or tomato sauce on the crust and spread it with the back of a spoon. 
  • Cut your toppings and putt in on the pizza.
  • Put it in the oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
  • Top off with some fresh basil.
  • Enjoy
