Homemade healthy pizza

Ingredients
- Dough:
- ⁃ 60 g self-raising flour
- ⁃ 60 g Greek yogurt
- ⁃ Pich of salt
- Toppings of your choice, for example:
- ⁃ 20 mL tomato sauce/bbq sauce
- ⁃ 4 mozzarella mini balls
- ⁃ 15 g grated cheese
- ⁃ 50 g mushrooms
- - 20 g corn
- ⁃ 6 cherry tomatoes
- ⁃ 1 red small onion
- ⁃ 100 g chicken cooked
- ⁃ Basil
- - 1 theespoon Italian herbs
Directions
- Preheat the oven to pizza mode (top and bottom heat) at 180 degrees.
- Mix the dough ingredients. Roll out on a sheet of baking paper. sprinkle the Italian herbs over it. Place on the rack and bake for 8 minutes until the crust is crispy.
- Put some BBQ or tomato sauce on the crust and spread it with the back of a spoon.
- Cut your toppings and putt in on the pizza.
- Put it in the oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
- Top off with some fresh basil.
