Simple Broccoli Sprouts Salad

Ingredients
- 2 c broccoli sprouts
- 1/2 c raw walnuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp. raw honey or real maple syrup
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 c filtered water
- 1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
Directions
- 1. Place the broccoli sprouts in a bowl and rinse well. Set aside while you prepare the dressing.
- 2. Add the remaining ingredients (except the ground flaxseed) to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- 3. Pour the dressing over the sprouts, toss to coat them, and sprinkle ground flaxseeds on top of the salad.
- 4. Serve and enjoy.
