Simple Broccoli Sprouts Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 c broccoli sprouts
  • 1/2 c raw walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. raw honey or real maple syrup
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 c filtered water
  • 1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. ground flaxseed

Directions

  • 1. Place the broccoli sprouts in a bowl and rinse well. Set aside while you prepare the dressing.
  • 2. Add the remaining ingredients (except the ground flaxseed) to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • 3. Pour the dressing over the sprouts, toss to coat them, and sprinkle ground flaxseeds on top of the salad.
  • 4. Serve and enjoy.
