Ingredients

  • 250 g Vollkornnudeln, trocken, jede Sorte Fusilli
  • 1 Prise(n) Salz/Jodsalz
  • 1 Prise(n) Pfeffer
  • 1 Stück, klein Zwiebel/n
  • 2 Stück, grün Paprika grüne
  • 1 TL Rapsöl
  • 1 EL Tomatenmark
  • 400 g Tatar, roh
  • 1 Zehe(n) Knoblauch
  • 400 g Tomaten (Konserve) stückige
  • 200 ml Penny Markt Mein Fest Rinderfond
  • 1 Prise(n) Chilipulver/Chiliflocken
  • 1 Prise(n) Cayennepfeffer
  • 255 g, Abtropfgewicht Weiße Bohnen (Konserve)
  • 2 Zweig(e) Petersilie
  • 1 TL Oregano getrocknet

Directions

  • 1. Nudeln nach Packungsanweisung in Salzwasser garen. Zwiebel schälen und fein würfeln. Paprika waschen, entkernen und in kleine Stücke schneiden. Öl in einer großen Pfanne auf mittlerer Stufe erhitzen und Zwiebeln mit Paprika darin ca. 3 Minuten anbraten.
  • 2. Tomatenmark einrühren, Tatar dazugeben und darin krümelig anbraten. Knoblauch dazupressen, mit Tomaten und Fond ablöschen, mit Chilipulver und Cayennepfeffer würzen und mit Deckel ca. 5 Minuten garen.
  • 3. Bohnen abspülen und abtropfen lassen. Petersilie waschen, trocken schütteln und Blätter abzupfen. Nudeln abgießen, mit Bohnen zur Hacksauce geben, ca. 3 Minuten erwärmen, mit Oregano verfeinern und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Pasta mit Petersilie bestreut servieren.
