Ingredients
- 1 lb Rotini Pasta
- 1.5 lb ground Italian sausage
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- Onion, Bell Pepper, Seasoning to taste
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 8oz Velveeta Cheese
- Green Onion to garnish
- 3/4 Pint of Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
- 1. Brown Italian sausage.
- 2. Add veggies and tomatoes (season and stir).
- 3. Add in cheese, cheese soup and heavy whipping cream and let simmer.
- 4. Add in pasta and let simmer 2 minutes.
- 5. Top with green onion.
