Pork Chop Parmesan

Ingredients
- PORK PARMESAN:
- •6pack of boneless pork chops, not thin cut
- •2 eggs
- •Italian Bread crumbs
- •Magic pork seasoning
- •Italian Seasoning
- •EVOO
- •1 jar of RAOs
- •Mozzerella Cheese
- •Parmesan
Directions
- Directions:
- 1. Whisk your eggs and season your bread crumbs in 2 different bowls. Add your pork to the egg wash first then dip and cover in bread crumb mixture. Get all coated and ready.
- 2. In a pan or skillet add your EVOO just enough for the whole bottom to be covered. Once hot, add in your pork chops. Cook on one side for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and repeat. Once both sides are done, remove from oil.
- You can either use the same pan, be sure to dump the oil out. Or you can use a casserole dish
- 3. Add your red gravy to the bottom, layer your pork chops on an angle, top with mozzarella cheese in between each layer.
- 4. Bake on 350 for 13-15 minutes until cheese is bubbled! ENJOY!!
