Breakfast protein cheesecake

Ingredients

  • base
  • ⁃ 2 dates
  • ⁃ tsp cocoa powder
  • ⁃ 10 g oat flour
  • ⁃ tsp erythritol
  • ⁃ A little water
  • Cheesecake filling
  • ⁃ 80 g low-fat cottage cheese
  • ⁃ 50 g cream cheese (Frischa)
  • ⁃ 25 g vanilla protein powder (can be replaced by 10 g erythritol and 0.5 sachet vanilla sugar)
  • ⁃ 10 g erythritol
  • ⁃ tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
  • Mix the ingredients for the base with a hand blender. Place it in an oven dish.
  • Now mix the ingredients of the cheesecake filling in a food processor and pour it over the base.
  • Place an oven dish with water under your cheesecake in the oven. This prevents cracks from appearing.
  • Place the cheesecake in the oven for 15 minutes. Take it out afterwards. If you gently move it back and forth, the center should shake a little. Then it's good.
  • Let it cool down briefly before placing it in the refrigerator. You can enjoy it the next day.
  • Top it off with some fruit and peanut butter, for example
