Breakfast protein cheesecake

Ingredients
- base
- ⁃ 2 dates
- ⁃ tsp cocoa powder
- ⁃ 10 g oat flour
- ⁃ tsp erythritol
- ⁃ A little water
- Cheesecake filling
- ⁃ 80 g low-fat cottage cheese
- ⁃ 50 g cream cheese (Frischa)
- ⁃ 25 g vanilla protein powder (can be replaced by 10 g erythritol and 0.5 sachet vanilla sugar)
- ⁃ 10 g erythritol
- ⁃ tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
- Mix the ingredients for the base with a hand blender. Place it in an oven dish.
- Now mix the ingredients of the cheesecake filling in a food processor and pour it over the base.
- Place an oven dish with water under your cheesecake in the oven. This prevents cracks from appearing.
- Place the cheesecake in the oven for 15 minutes. Take it out afterwards. If you gently move it back and forth, the center should shake a little. Then it's good.
- Let it cool down briefly before placing it in the refrigerator. You can enjoy it the next day.
