Polish Sausage, Sauerkraut, & Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 14 ounce cans sauerkraut, undrained (or 1 (2 pound) bag)
- 5 or 6 potatoes peeled and cut into large chunks
- 1 cup water
- 1 pound Polish sausage cut into chunks could use smoked sausage
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Place sauerkraut and potatoes in crock pot, add spices and water. Place sausage on top and cook 4 hours on high (6 hours on low) until potatoes are done. Makes 6 to 8 serving.
