Protein blondies

Ingredients

  • Banana blondies
  • Ingredients
  • - 120 g of Banana
  • - 30 grams of sweetner (I used erythritol)
  • - 100 g of apple sauce 
  • - 1 tsp of maple syrup
  • - 45 g of vanilla protein powder (I used vanilla ice cream from Gold Standard)
  • - 85 g of oat flour
  • - Baking powder
  • - 25 g of dark chocolate

Directions

  • Preheat the oven at 170 degrees.
  • Smash the banana in a bowl. Add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix.
  • Now add the rest of the ingredients except for the chocolate.
  • Now chopp the dark chocolate in tiny pieces and add to the batter.
  • Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let them cool down and slice into 12 pieces.
  • Enjoy
