Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 2 boxes instant pistachio pudding mix
• 4 eggs
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1/8 cup water
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2-1 cup chopped pistachios

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Mix together: cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water, and sour cream.
• Grease 2 loaf pans, coat with a sugar + cinnamon mix.
• Pour in batter (half in each pan) and bake ~45 min.
• Cool.
