Pistachio Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 boxes instant pistachio pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/8 cup water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2-1 cup chopped pistachios
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix together: cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water, and sour cream.
- Grease 2 loaf pans, coat with a sugar + cinnamon mix.
- Pour in batter (half in each pan) and bake ~45 min.
- Cool.
