Ingredients
- 3-4 Russet potatoes
- 1 stick salted butter
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- 1. In a large pot, boil potatoes until tender and cooked through.
- 2. Peel skin off and slice potato on a mandolin.
- 3. On medium high heat, melt 3-4 tbsp of butter. In small batches, cook potatoes until each side is golden brown adding more butter as you go.
- 4. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
