Ingredients
- ⁃ 4 large wraps
- ⁃ 200 g lean minced beef
- ⁃ 130 g tomato
- ⁃ 100 g kidney beans
- ⁃ 125 g corn
- ⁃ 60 g grated cheese
- ⁃ Bell pepper
- ⁃ cheyenne pepper
- ⁃ Cumin powder
- ⁃ Salt and pepper
- Chili mayo
- ⁃ 60 g Yofresh mayonnaise
- ⁃ 20 g siracha
- ⁃ 3 tbsp pickle juice
- ⁃ Paprika powder
- ⁃ Garlic powder

- ⁃ Tortilla chips
Directions
- Fry the minced meat together with the onion and garlic. Add the herbs.
- Remove the fruit pulp. Cut the rest into cubes.
- When the minced meat is good, add the tomato, corn and kidney beans.
- Let it simmer for a while.
- Get the tortillas ready. Fill it with about 3 tablespoons of the filling. Sprinkle grated cheese over it. Fold it like a burrito.
- Spray/Heat some oil in a frying pan. Place the burritos in the pan until they are crispy enough.
- Serve with the sauce.
