Ingredients

  • ⁃ 4 large wraps
  • ⁃ 200 g lean minced beef
  • ⁃ 130 g tomato
  • ⁃ 100 g kidney beans
  • ⁃ 125 g corn
  • ⁃ 60 g grated cheese
  • ⁃ Bell pepper
  • ⁃ cheyenne pepper
  • ⁃ Cumin powder
  • ⁃ Salt and pepper
  • Chili mayo
  • ⁃ 60 g Yofresh mayonnaise
  • ⁃ 20 g siracha
  • ⁃ 3 tbsp pickle juice
  • ⁃ Paprika powder
  • ⁃ Garlic powder
  • also tasty
  • ⁃ guacamole
  • ⁃ Tortilla chips

Directions

  • Fry the minced meat together with the onion and garlic. Add the herbs.
  • Remove the fruit pulp. Cut the rest into cubes.
  • When the minced meat is good, add the tomato, corn and kidney beans.
  • Let it simmer for a while.
  • Get the tortillas ready. Fill it with about 3 tablespoons of the filling. Sprinkle grated cheese over it. Fold it like a burrito.
  • Spray/Heat some oil in a frying pan. Place the burritos in the pan until they are crispy enough.
  • Serve with the sauce.
  • Enjoy
