Strawberry Rhubarb Jam

Ingredient • Dips/Sauces/Spreads, Fruit
Source: Amish Friends Cookbook, page 125, Lena Miller of Apple Creek, OH

Ingredients

  • 5 cups diced rhubarb
  • 4 cups chopped strawberries
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 2 6-ounce packages strawberry gelatin

Directions

  • 1. Combine rhubarb and strawberries in a 6-quart kettle and boil for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Add sugar and boil 10 minutes longer, stirring constantly.
  • 3. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
  • 4. Pour into jars and seal.
