"Peachy Keen" Dessert Treat

Ingredients
- 1/3 cups uncooked old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2/3 cup buttermilk baking mix
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 pounds fresh peaches (about 8 medium), sliced
- Whipped cream (optional)
Directions
- Combine oats, sugars, baking mix, cinnamon and nutmeg in large bowl.
- Stir in peaches; mix until well blended.
- Transfer to CROCK-POT® slow cooker.
- Cover; cook on LOW 4 to 6 hours.
- Serve warm with whipped cream, if desired.
Notes
- - Overwhelmingly sweet as written. Maybe try cutting sugar in half?
- - I also think this could have more oats if desired.
- - Can also be served with vanilla ice cream
