Boudin Dip

Ingredients
- •1lb Louisiana Boudin, remove casing
- •Trinity mix
- •8oz cream cheese, softened
- •8oz sour cream, softened
- •1 bunch green onions, chopped
- •1 cup cheddar cheese
- •½ cup pepper jack cheese
- •Cajun seasoning
- •garlic seasoning
- •toasted bread, crackers, or veggies for dipping
Directions
- 1. Cook boudin in skillet with ½ Guidry’s Trinity mix. Once cooked, add to baking dish.
- 2. Mix everything together and bake on 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
- 3. Serve with bread, crackers, or veggies
