Francine's Chicken Fajita Tower

Ingredients
- 8 Chicken breasts, butterflied
- 2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1½ tsp Brown sugar
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Cayenne
- 1½ tbsp Cumin
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1½ cup Lime juice
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, and coat chicken breasts. Marinade for at least an hour. Skewer tower style in a pan that will allow some runoff (foil coated round weber), overlapping chicken like an X
- Egg indirect until done, 160°. Slice brazza style, and eat via whatever method you prefer (tacos and omlettes here)
