French toast keto

Ingredients

  • IMPORTANT INGREDIENTS NEED TO BE ROOM TEMPERATURE!!!
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 11 large eggs
  • Add all to blender and blend well.
  • BE SURE TO MIX ABOVE WELL BEFORE ADDING REMAINING INGREDIENTS
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons Erythritol powder
  • 1 tablespoons egg white powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnmommnmm
  • 1 tablespoon nutmeg
  • Blend again keep blending until you see nutmeg specks throughout
  • Cinnamon to sprinkle over the top.

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients well in a high speed blender.
  • If using a hand mixer blend the cream cheese and butter together first. Then add all the eggs blend well and then add remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into an 8x8 inch greased pan or brownie pan fill 2/3 rds full
  • Sprinkle cinnamon all over top.
  • Bake at 350 for 25mins test with toothpick in center if it comes out clean remove from oven and let sit in pan for 5mins and then remove from pan otherwise they will absorb all the excess steam and get soggy.
