Low Sodium Seasoned Potato Wedges

Serving size: Serves 4 at about 20mg per serving.
Ingredients
- 3 medium baking potatoes, washed dried and cut into wedges.
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp ground mustard
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Cooking spray
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 425°. Combine dry ingredients.
- 2. Place potatoes skin side down and spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle spice mix over the top.
- 3. Bake for 20-30 minutes until fork tender.
