Low Sodium Seasoned Potato Wedges

Side Dish • Vegetable
Serving size: Serves 4 at about 20mg per serving.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium baking potatoes, washed dried and cut into wedges.
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp ground mustard
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 425°. Combine dry ingredients.
  • 2. Place potatoes skin side down and spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle spice mix over the top.
  • 3. Bake for 20-30 minutes until fork tender.
