Baked Tomato and Feta Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
- •1 Spaghetti Squash
- •1 block of Feta (@athenosfeta is my favorite)
- •Olive Oil
- •S&P
- •1 pint of cherry tomatoes, quartered
- • roasted or minced garlic
- • fresh or squeeze basil
- • Balsamic Glaze
- • Parmesan

- 1. Microwave squash for 4 minutes to soften. Cut lengthwise and scrap out all seeds. Drizzle with olive oil and S&P.
- 2. Add half block of feta and tomatoes to each side. Bake on 400 for 30 minutes (or until done, all ovens cook different)
- 3. Once done being cooked, mix up and scrap up all the noodles, add fresh or squeeze basil (I prefer fresh always), balsamic glaze and top with a little Parmesan on top!
