Ingredients
- 5 oz carrots, frozen
- 5 oz peas, frozen
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- serrano peppers, diced
- 1/2 shallot, small dice
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- tbsp brown sugar
- green onions, green parts chopped
- kosher salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 C veggie stock
