Loaded Roast Beef Poboy

Ingredients
- •Poboy bread or French bread
- •Provolone Cheese
- •American Cheese
- •Swiss cheese
- •Ham
- •Turkey
- •Roast Beef with Gravy (See my Classic Roast Beef recipe)
- •Jalapeno Mayo
- •1cup Mayo
- •1 jalapeño, diced
- • squeeze of lemon
- •Shredded Lettuce
Directions
- 1. Mix the jalapeno mayo together and set aside.
- 2. Cut a piece of bread down the middle, don’t cut all the way through. Add the mayo on both sides and add 2 cheeses to one side and 1 cheese to the other. Pop it in the oven on 400 for 7 minutes just until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
- 3. Optional: While it’s in the oven, pan fry your ham and turkey for an added layer of flavor!
- 4. Take sandwich out of the oven, add you ham and turkey on on side and top it with your roast beef and gravy, add one more layer of mayo and top with lettuce!!
