Pancakes & Bacon

Breakfast • Bacon, Bread, Pork

Ingredients

  • For the pancakes
  • 2 cup Original Bisquick Mix
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Veggie oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Maple syrup, optional
  • For the bacon
  • 1/2 lbs Bacon

Directions

  • Bacon
  • Preheat oven 400 F
  • Place bacon on a rack in a shallow pan.
  • Bake for 16 to 19 minutes depending on the doneness you like.
  • Pancakes
  • Mix Bisquickâ„¢ Mix, milk, vegetable oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and baking powder until blended.
  • Pour batter onto a greased griddle, flip when small bubbles appear.
  • Remove pancakes within 1-2 to minutes.
  • Cook until golden brown.
  • Serve hot with maple syrup
