Pancakes & Bacon

Ingredients
- For the pancakes
- 2 cup Original Bisquick Mix
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Veggie oil
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Maple syrup, optional
- For the bacon
- 1/2 lbs Bacon
Directions
- Bacon
- Preheat oven 400 F
- Place bacon on a rack in a shallow pan.
- Bake for 16 to 19 minutes depending on the doneness you like.
- Pancakes
- Mix Bisquickâ„¢ Mix, milk, vegetable oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and baking powder until blended.
- Pour batter onto a greased griddle, flip when small bubbles appear.
- Remove pancakes within 1-2 to minutes.
- Cook until golden brown.
- Serve hot with maple syrup
