Creamy Dill Pickle Chick Pea Salad

Ingredients
- •2 cans Chick Peas, drained and rinsed
- •1½ cup celery, diced
- •1½ cup dill pickles, diced
- •½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- •¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
- Dressing
- •½ cup tahini
- •¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- •4tbsp Lemon juice
- •1tbsp Dijon mustard
- •5tbsp pickle juice
- •S&P to taste
- •garlic powder
Directions
- 1. Drain and rise chick peas and pat dry. If you have time I like to roast one can in the oven on 350 for 10 minutes. Drizzle olive oil and S&P.
- 2. Combine all ingredients for the dressing
- 3. Mix everything together. Refrigerate and let marinate until ready to eat!!
