Homemade Italian Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients
- Gravy:
- 1 onion
- 3 gloves of garlic
- 28oz Tomato puree
- 28oz peeled Tomato
- 28oz crushed Tomato
- 1 can of garlic diced tomato
- 2tbsp tomato paste
- 2tbsp Worcestershire
- 2tbsp Sugar
- 2tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1tbsp garlic powder
- 1tbsp onion powder
- Optional: boiled eggs for a true Italian twist
- Meatballs:
- 1lb ground veal
- 1lb ground Italian sausage
- 1lb ground turkey or pork (beef gets too greasy)
- 1 cup French bread (wet) or breadcrumbs
- 2tbsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tbsp Sugar
- ¾ Cup Creamy melt Mozzarella Cheese
- ½ Onion, grated
Directions
- Needs: Dutch Oven
- 1. Sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add all tomato’s to pot. And let come to a boil. Add in Italian seasoning, sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Let cook and boil for 3-4 hours.
- *TIP: don’t be stingy on the Italian seasoning. And fresh herbs if you have them are also better
- 2. Make meatballs but mixing all ingredients together. Roll into golf size meatballs and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 350.
- 3. Add in meatballs and boiled eggs (true Italian tradition). Let cook as long as possible!
- Serve with Spaghetti noodles and ENJOY!! 😋
