Chicken salad with feta

Ingredients
- ⁃ 1 large chicken fillet (~300g)
- ⁃ 1 apple
- ⁃ 1 small red onion
- ⁃ 1/4 cucumber
- ⁃ 1 large tomato
- ⁃ 50 g feta
- ⁃ 45 g lamb's lettuce
- ⁃ 45 g lettuce
- Spices:
- ⁃ Paprika powder
- ⁃ Garlic powder
- ⁃ Rosemary
- ⁃ Salty
- Dressing
- ⁃ 30 g Yofresh mayonnaise
- ⁃ 1/2 tsp mustard
- ⁃ 1 tsp lemon juice
- ⁃ 1/2 tsp honey
- ⁃ Pinch of salt
Directions
- Cut the chicken fillet in half lengthwise so that you get two thin chicken fillets. Pat the moisture off with a paper towel. Add the herbs and massage well.
- Heat some oil in the pan. Add the chicken fillets and fry until golden brown on low heat.
- In the meantime, cut the apple and cucumber into thin slices, the onion into rings and the tomato into slices.
- Mix the Dressing ingredients.
- Divide the two types of lettuce over two plates. Place the chopped ingredients on top.
- Cut the chicken fillet into strips and place on top of the salad. Crumble the feta over this.
- Top with the dressing.
- Enjoy
