Ingredients
- Only Plant Based Vegan Sour Cream Recipe
- 1/2 cup Hellman's vegan mayo, non vegan Hellman's Mayo also works *see notes if using other mayo
- 1/3 cup Only Plant Based Vegan Sour Cream
- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder to taster or more to taste
- 1 1/4 teaspoons onion powder to taste
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon pepper to taste
- Cocoyo Brand yogurt
- 1/2 cup Hellman's vegan mayo, *see notes if using other mayo
- 1/3 cup dairy free plain Cocoyo brand coconut milk yogurt unsweetened
- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder to taster or more to taste
- 1 1/4 teaspoons onion powder to taste
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon pepper to taste
- SO DELICIOUS: brand yogurt
- (individual sized container (makes 16 ounces, approximately)
- 3/4 to 1 cup Hellman's mayo, or your favorite.
- 1 whole container (5.3 oz.) So Delicious Plain coconut yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 to 2 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 4 teaspoons parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or more to taste. Taste before adding more
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper or more to taste. Taste before adding.
Directions
- 1. Mix all ingredients well. Best if left to rest for 2 to 4 hours first. but good right away.
Notes
- To cut more fat Swap the yogurt and mayo amounts. You will have to adjust the salt, a bit but ti works well too.
