Mississippi Meatloaf

Ingredients
- •2lbs lean ground meat
- •2 eggs
- •1cup 2% milk
- •1cup panko or breadcrumbs
- •2 packets Au Jus gravy
- •2 packets of ranch seasoning
- •1 Lipton onion soup mix
- • 2tbsp or 2 packets of sugar
- •¼ cup pepperoncini juice
- •Pepperonicinis for top (whole or sliced)
- •2tbsp cornstarch or arrow starch
- •2tbsp water
- •black pepper
- •granulated garlic
Directions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine meat, panko, eggs, milk, 1 Aus Jus, 1 ranch, Lipton onion soup mix, sugar, black pepper, and granulated garlic. Mix together and form an oval into the crock pot.
- 2. In a measuring cup, whisk together 3 cups of water, 1 Aus jus, 1 ranch, 2tbsp cornstarch, 2tbsp water and pepperoncini juice. Mix until combined and pour on top and around meatloaf. Add pepperoncinis on top.
- 3. Cook on low for 6 hours
