Elote Party Dip

Ingredients
- 2 cans of corn, drained
- 1 can of hatch green chiles
- 1 cream cheese block at room temp
- ½ cup mexican Mayo with lime
- ⅓ cup Crema or sour cream
- 2 cups Mexican blend cheese
- 1 lime
- Toppings:
- Cojita cheese
- Tajin
- Lime juice
- Hot sauce
- Cilantro
Directions
- 1. In a bowl whip together cream cheese, Mayo, and crema until smooth.
- 2. Add drained corn, green chiles, cheese, and one half of the lime and mix to combine.
- 3. Spread mixture evenly into a casserole pan (12x11) cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- 4. Let cool for 5 minutes and then top with cojita cheese, tajin, hot sauce, cilantro and extra lime. Serve with chips and enjoy.
