Veganer Grießbrei – einfach & so cremig!

Ingredients

  • 500 ml Mandeldrink (oder z. B. Hafermilch)
  • 1 EL Ahornsirup
  • 0.25 TL Zimt
  • 1 Prise Salz
  • 60 g Dinkelgrieß
  • 1 EL Mandelmus (oder anderes Nussmus)
  • 1 säuerlicher Apfel
  • 1 EL vegane Butter
  • 1 EL Ahornsirup
  • 1 Msp. Zimt
  • 2 Tropfen Vanilleextrakt

Directions

  • 1. Für den Grießbrei Mandeldrink mit Ahornsirup Zimt und Salz in einen kleinen Topf füllen und unter Rühren aufkochen. Hitze auf die geringste Stufe reduzieren.
  • 2. Grieß nach und nach einrieseln lassen. Währenddessen mit dem Schneebesen umrühren. Grießbrei 5 Minuten ziehen lassen. Ab und zu umrühren damit er nicht anbrennt. Topf vom Herd nehmen und das Mandelmus unterrühren.
  • 3. Für das Topping Apfel waschen das Gehäuse entfernen und in feine Würfel schneiden. Vegane Butter in einer Pfanne schmelzen. Apfelstücke Ahornsirup Zimt und Vanilleextrakt dazugeben. Bei mittlerer Hitze anbraten bis die Apfelstücke sich goldbraun verfärben und leicht karamellisieren.
  • 4. Warmen oder auch kalten Grießbrei mit dem Apfel-Zimt-Topping garnieren in Schüsseln füllen und servieren. Guten Appetit!
