Ingredients
- 1 lb fish fillets
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 thumb-sized ginger, grated
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
