Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes, diced
- 1 ½ cups frozen peas
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-inch ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- Cilantro for garnish
Directions
- Sauté cumin seeds and onions in oil.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, tomatoes, and spices.
- Add potatoes and broth, simmer 20 mins.
- Mix in peas, cook 5 mins. Garnish.
