Poor Man’s Chili

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 (10oz)can Rotel chili fixins
- 1 (26oz)can Ranch style beans
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt & pepper
- Toppings
- Sour cream
- Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Heat a raised pan on medium heat. Add butter and beef, ground beef until no longer pink.
- Add onion and cook until translucent. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add beans, rotel, beef broth and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Taste, add additional salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with sour cream or cheese and enjoy.
