Sheet Pan Fajitas

Ingredients
- 2 Steaks of choice - I like filet
- or
- 2 Chicken Breast
- 1 Red Pepper, cut in rings
- 1 Orange Pepper, cut in rings
- 1 Yellow Pepper, cut in rings
- 1 Red Onion, cut in rings
- 2 Limes
- Seasonings:
- - Butter
- - Avocado Oil
- - Salt & Pepper
- - Garlic Powder
- - Magic Seasoning Fajita Blend
- - Tajin
- - Siete Carnitas Seasoning Packet
Directions
- *Pre-heat oven to 350
- 1. In large bowl add peppers and onions. Coat with avocado oil, s&p, magic seasoning, and garlic powder. Toss until coated evenly and out on one side of the pan.
- 2. Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Once done, take out and set oven to 425
- 3. One steak is at room temp. Slice steak into 1/4 thick pieces. Add into the same bowl used for peppers. Add avocado oil, s&p, garlic powder, siete carnitas packet, and I lime juiced.
- 4. Make foil boat for steak. Add thin sliced lime wedges and place steak on top. Add to pan with peppers
- 5. Cook at 425 for 6-8 minutes depending on thickness of steak.
