Crunchy overnight oats

Ingredients

  • - 20 g oatmeal flour
  • ⁃ 25 g vanilla protein powder
  • ⁃ 150 g Greek 0.1% yoghurt
  • ⁃ 1/2 banana
  • ⁃ 15 g 80% dark chocolate
  • ⁃ 15 g cornflakes
  • ⁃ 10 g peanut butter
  • ⁃ Pinch of salt

Directions

  • Mix the oatmeal, protein powder and yogurt together. Add a little water to make it a little easier to mix.
  • Cut the banana in half lengthwise and then in half again. Cut into small cubes and add to the oatmeal.
  • Melt the dark chocolate. Then add the cornflakes and mix. Place it on top of the oatmeal.
  • Place it in the refrigerator overnight or, if you make it in the morning, put it in the freezer for 15 minutes until the chocolate has hardened.
  • Finish it off with the peanut butter and a pinch of salt.
