Crunchy overnight oats

Ingredients
- - 20 g oatmeal flour
- ⁃ 25 g vanilla protein powder
- ⁃ 150 g Greek 0.1% yoghurt
- ⁃ 1/2 banana
- ⁃ 15 g 80% dark chocolate
- ⁃ 15 g cornflakes
- ⁃ 10 g peanut butter
- ⁃ Pinch of salt
Directions
- Mix the oatmeal, protein powder and yogurt together. Add a little water to make it a little easier to mix.
- Cut the banana in half lengthwise and then in half again. Cut into small cubes and add to the oatmeal.
- Melt the dark chocolate. Then add the cornflakes and mix. Place it on top of the oatmeal.
- Place it in the refrigerator overnight or, if you make it in the morning, put it in the freezer for 15 minutes until the chocolate has hardened.
- Finish it off with the peanut butter and a pinch of salt.
