Balsamic Garlic Grilled Mushroom Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) whole button or cremini mushrooms, cleaned
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) soy sauce
- 1 tsp (2 g) dried thyme or oregano
- ½ tsp (2 g) black pepper
- ¼ tsp (1 g) salt
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add mushrooms and toss to coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread mushrooms onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until mushrooms are tender and slightly charred.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
