Chili Mac

Ingredients
- 1 lbs Ground turkey
- 2 tbsp CXC Taco seasoning
- ½ cup Water
- Kosher salt & black pepper to taste
- 5 oz Pico del Gallo
- 1 20 oz Mac & Cheese, pre-made
- 1 tbsp Chipotle chili powder, optional
- 2-3 Green onions, green part, thin sliced
Directions
- Cook the ground turkey in a Dutch oven or a deep saute pan on medium high heat till the meat is brown, breaking up the meat as you go. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- Add the seasoning and the water. Simmer till most of the water is gone.
- In the meantime prepare the mac & cheese per the package instructions.
- Add the pico del gallo to the meat and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the prepared Mac & cheese to the pan and mix thoroughly on low heat till incorporated.
- Garnish with green onions. Serve.
Notes
- You can substitute the turkey with any ground meat.
- If you like spice then you can use your preferred chili powder.
