BBQ Pork tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lbs boneless pork loin chop
- 1-2 bell peppers, sliced (color of your choice)
- Ground cumin
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
- Sweet baby rays original BBQ sauce
- Olive oil
- Corn tortillas
- Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
- 1. Lay out pork chops and rub/brush on oil. Season with cumin, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Pat into meat.
- 2. Heat pan over medium high heat and cook chops until they almost done, about 7mins. There should be a little pink. Don’t worry, they will continue to cook later. Remove chops and let them rest.
- 3. In the same pan, add the bell peppers and cook until tender. While the bell pepper is cooking, cut the chops into strips and add back into the pan with the bell pepper.
- 4. Add bbq sauce and cook until heated through.
- 5. Heat up corn tortillas and top with Monterey Jack cheese.
