Marble banana bread

Ingredients

  • - 2 big banana’s
  • - 40 mL maple syrup
  • - 40 mL milk
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 20 g erythritol or any other sweetener
  • - 100 g of oats flour
  • - 30 g wheat flour
  • - 40 g chocolate protein powder
  • - 40 g vanilla protein powder
  • - Baking powder
  • - Baking soda
  • - 20 g cacao powder
  • - 20 g 72% dark chocolate

Directions

  • Smash the banana in a big bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the bowl and mix.
  • When mixed, add the oat flour, wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  • Devide the mixture in two.
  • Add to one bowl the vanilla protein powder and to the other bowl the chocolate protein powder and the cacao powder. Chop the chocolate into pieces and add to the chocolate batter.
  • Line a baking tin. Add half the vanilla mixture to the tin, then al of the chocolate batter and last the rest of the vanilla batter. 
  • Bake it in the oven for 25 minutes. Check with a skewer if the cake is good. If not bake it for another 5 minutes.
  • Let it cool down and slice it into 10 pieces.
  • Enjoy
