Roasted cauliflower steaks with lemon tahini sauce

  • - 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into thick steaks
  • - 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • - 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • -Salt and pepper to taste
  • - Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Garlic Tahini Sauce:
  • - 1/4 cup tahini
  • - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • - 1 garlic clove, minced
  • - 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • - Water to thin

Directions

  • Directions:
  • 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. Brush the cauliflower steaks with olive oil and season with smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  • 3. Roast the cauliflower for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy on the edges.
  • 4. While the cauliflower is roasting, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, and water until smooth.
  • 5. Drizzle the roasted cauliflower steaks with garlic tahini sauce and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
