Walnut Cups

Ingredients
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups soft wheat flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
Directions
- Mix the cheese, butter, and flour. Chill wrapped overnight. Remove by small tablespoon fulls and press into mini non stick muffin tins. Mix eggs, nuts, sugar, vanilla, and beat until foamy. Fill the cups 2/3 full (do not add more). About 1 tablespoon of filling will use almost all of it. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until crust is brown.
