Ingredients

Voor 4 personen:
4 stuks braadworst à 120 gram
3 dl volle melk
3 eieren
200 gram bloem
zout en peper
3 eetlepels zonnebloemolie
boter

Directions

Eieren losroeren met de melk en de olie.
Bloem en zout toevoegen en goed mengen met de keukenmachine of een mixer.
Laat het deeg een half uurtje rusten.
Oven verwarmen op 180 graden.
Een ovenschaal lichtjes insmeren met olie of boter.
De braadworsten goed inprikken met een vork, in de ovenschaal schikken en plaats 15 minuten in de oven. Keer ze in die tijd een keertje om.
Haal de schaal uit de oven en schenk het beslag er overheen.
Plaats 25 tot 30 minuten in de oven.
Serveer met een warme groentebereiding naar keuze.

Een typisch Brits gerecht: braadworst in de oven bereid met Yorkshire pudding.
