- 4c shredded purple cabbage (1/2 head)
- 2c shelled edamame
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 2c carrots shredded
- 1 cucumber diced
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1c cashews
- 1/2c cilantro
- Tahini dressing
- 1/4c tahini
- 2 TBSP fresh ginger
- 3 TBSPsesame oil
- 3 TBSP rice vinegar
- 2 TBSP soy sauce
- 2 tsp honey
- water to thin (about 1-3 TBSP)
