  • 4c shredded purple cabbage (1/2 head)
  • 2c shelled edamame
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 2c carrots shredded
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1c cashews
  • 1/2c cilantro
  • Tahini dressing
  • 1/4c tahini
  • 2 TBSP fresh ginger
  • 3 TBSPsesame oil
  • 3 TBSP rice vinegar
  • 2 TBSP soy sauce
  • 2 tsp honey
  • water to thin (about 1-3 TBSP)
