Spicy Ranch Marinated Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp (I used medium)
- 1/2 cup [ranch dressing] (http://www.copymethat.com/r/Duw1hE0/buttermilk-ranch/)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 Tablespoons Go Chu Jang (Korean Style Hot & Sweet Sauce)
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- HALF RECIPE 2 servings
- 8 ounces shrimp (I used medium)
- 1/4 cup [ranch dressing] (http://www.copymethat.com/r/Duw1hE0/buttermilk-ranch/)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 21tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Go Chu Jang (Korean Style Hot & Sweet Sauce)
- 1 pinch black pepper
Directions
- 1. Mix marinade ingredients, set aside.
- 2. In a 9 by 13 baking dish pour half of the marinade over the bottom and spread. pour shrimp over the marinade in bottom of dish. Spread shrimp so that they lay in as much of a single layer as you can get it. then pour remaining marinade over top. Stir to coat.
- 3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 4. When ready to cook, remove form refrigerator. and either skewer and grill. or in a large skillet over medium high heat add half of the shrimp in a single layer, cook until done. remove from skillet to plate and cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining shrimp. once all shrimp are done. remove from the skillet and add to plate. re cover to keep warm. Pour remaining marinade from dish into skillet with the juices from Shrimp. Cook until reduced to a thickens sauce. about 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
