Ingredients

  • 200 g harina de trigoó 1 ½ de taza harina
  • 2 huevos
  • 350 ml leche
  • 150 ml agua hirviendo
  • ½ cdta sal
  • 1 cda azúcar
  • 2 cda aceite

Directions

  • 1. En un recipiente cascamos los huevos.
  • 2. Añadimos la mitad de la leche.
  • 3. Añadimos el azúcar.
  • 4. La sal.
  • 5. Tamizamos la harina.
  • 6. Y removemos, rompiendo bien la clara del huevo.
  • 7. Tamizamos la harina. Removemos muy bien, hasta obtener una masa lisa y sin grumos.
  • 8. La leche restante.
  • 9. Añadimos de golpe el agua hirviendo y removemos.
  • 10. Añadimos 2 cucharadas de aceite, removemos y dejamos la masa en reposo 20 minutos. Es para que se humedezcan debidamente las partículas de harina y la masa adquiera consistencia.
  • 11. Calentamos la sartén a fuego medio alto. Mi sartén es de 20 cm de diámetro.
  • 12. Untamos la sartén con fina capa de aceite. La untamos solo una vez.
  • 13. Añadimos a la sartén una cucharada de masa.
  • 14. Cuando veas que los bordes se hayan dorado, le damos al crepe la vuelta.
  • 15. Y cuando veas que también se ha dorado por otro lado, lo ponemos en un plato.
  • 16. Lo tapamos con otro plato: para que no se enfríe y para que quede blandito.
  • 17. Antes de coger una cucharada de masa para echarla a la sartén previamente la removemos.
  • 18. Con esta cantidad de masa salen finos y deliciosos 22 - 24 crepes
