
French Toast Casserole

Ingredients
- King’s Hawaiian Round Hawaiian Sweet Bread
- 1 stick of butter 1/2 C
- 1 c brown sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 1/2 c half and half
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp grand
- Powdered sugar to garnish
- Strawberries to garnish
Directions
- Slice King’s Hawaiian Round Hawaiian Sweet Bread (into about 1-inch slices), then set aside
- Melt butter in a small saucepan (over low-medium heat), then mix in brown sugar and corn syrup
- Mix half and half, eggs, vanilla, and grand marnier, then set aside
- Add brown sugar butter mixture to the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish, then add sliced round bread (slightly overlap), then add half and half mixture on top
- Cover the casserole with foil and let soak for at least 4 hours in the fridge, then bake at 350 for about 35 minutes
- Top with powdered sugar and strawberries
