- • ⅓ Cup quick cooking oats
- • ½ Cup milk of any kind
- • ¼ Cup pecans or walnuts
- Cinnamon Sautéed Apple
- • 1 apple (Honeycrisp or Fuji works best)
- • 1 tsp cinnamon
- • 1 tsp olive oil or coconut oil
- • Optional: drizzle of maple syrup
Directions
- Directions:
- 1. Combine all ingredients for oatmeal in a mason jar.
- 2. Close jar with lid and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours.
- Directions:
- 1. Slice apple thinly.
- 2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- 3. Add apple slices + cinnamon, sauté 5–7 min until soft and caramelized.
- 4. Add a tiny splash of maple syrup if desired.
- ✨ Serve alone, over yogurt, or on top of oatmeal.
