CC Greek-Style Tzatziki-ish Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill fronds for garnish optional
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, lemon juice, dried dill, garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. You can add more lemon juice, dill, or garlic powder to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled, garnished with fresh dill fronds if desired.
