Tuna melt

Ingredients
- - 3 slices of bread
- - Can of tuna in water
- - Large tomato
- - Small red onion
- - 75 g corn
- - 20 g Yofresh
- - 25 g Greek yogurt
- - Salt
- - 30 g grated cheese
- - 1 tsp Paprika powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
- Drain the tuna and corn. Cut the flesh from the tomato and chop the tomato into small pieces. Chop the onion.
- Place all these ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise and yogurt. Season with some salt.
- Divide the mixture among three slices of bread.
- Place the grated cheese in a bowl and add 1 tsp paprika powder.
- Divide the cheese over the sandwiches and put them in the oven for 8 minutes until the cheese has melted.
