Tuna melt

Ingredients

  • - 3 slices of bread
  • - Can of tuna in water
  • - Large tomato
  • - Small red onion
  • - 75 g corn
  • - 20 g Yofresh
  • - 25 g Greek yogurt
  • - Salt
  • - 30 g grated cheese
  • - 1 tsp Paprika powder

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  • Drain the tuna and corn. Cut the flesh from the tomato and chop the tomato into small pieces. Chop the onion.
  • Place all these ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add the mayonnaise and yogurt. Season with some salt.
  • Divide the mixture among three slices of bread.
  • Place the grated cheese in a bowl and add 1 tsp paprika powder.
  • Divide the cheese over the sandwiches and put them in the oven for 8 minutes until the cheese has melted.
  • Enjoy
