The Best Rice Krispie Treat (Stovetop) (Microwave) 👍🏼 24

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Parkay Margarine
- 1 - 10 oz. bag Kraft regular Marshmallows
- 6 cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal
Directions
- Spray a 13 x 9 pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- Stovetop
- Melt margarine in 3 quart saucepan over LOW heat.
- Add marshmallows; stir until melted and well blended.
- Remove from heat. Add cereal; toss until well coated.
- Press mixture into greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
- Cool; cut into squares.

- Microwave
- In an extra large bowl, measure out the 6 cups of Rice Krispie Cereal. Set aside.
- In a separate large microwave safe bowl, microwave the butter until completely melted. (about 45 seconds)
- Add bag of marshmallows to the bowl with melted butter. Stir to coat the marshmallows in the melted butter.
- Microwave for 1 minute, stirring at the 30 seconds mark.
- Stir until well combined and smooth.
- Pour the melted marshmallow mixture into the bowl with the Rice Krispie Cereal. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the Rice Krispie treat mixture into the prepared 13 x 9 pan.
- Cover with wax paper and then gently press the Rice Krispie Treats down in the pan.

Notes
- Use 10 oz. Marshmallow Fluff instead of Marshmallows.
